Product Manager, Headsets

INVISIO is looking for an experienced Product Manager for Headsets to join our HQ in Copenhagen. Your key focus will be managing and driving the requirements and coordinating the product management work for competitive headsets used in highly demanding environments. Our solutions provide hearing protection and situational awareness under extreme conditions, with speech intelligibility and interface to different communication systems.

About the job

As a Product Manager for Headsets, you will join a dynamic and international environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

You will be part of our Product Management team and focus on tactical headsets across our organization. In this job, you will work closely with our business areas, sales, supply chain, quality, and R&D teams to adapt our products to specific customer and general market needs. 

You will be the lead in defining next-generation headsets and be instrumental in aligning with all key stakeholders across the organization.

Your key responsibilities:

• Structure and maintain relevant parts of the INVISIO product portfolio, including Product Life Cycle activities.
• Based on intelligence for upcoming end-user needs, be proactive in scoping products, specifying key features, and driving activities throughout the organization to deliver new headsets and relevant accessories.
• Define new products based on stakeholder interaction and drive the required work within the organization.
• Create and validate business cases for new products and make financial follow-ups.
• Drive global launch and marketing activities in collaboration with our Marketing department.
• Product communication and training within INVISIO.
• Be active in customer relations to support sales activities.

About you

We seek a well-organized candidate who can drive structured work for a range of high-tech products. You must have an excellent technical understanding, especially for communication systems, and an interest in business aspects. You are a positive and committed self-starter with a well-developed sense of ownership and come across as a trustworthy professional. Furthermore, you must be a strong team player and good at communicating with various personality types.

It is essential that you bring the right amount of energy and drive to the role. Communication, ownership, and engagement are necessary to succeed in this role.

You furthermore must be able to travel 30-50 days per year.

The following will enhance your candidacy:

• Commercially and/or technical educational background at bachelor's or preferably master's level. Military technical education is also relevant.
• Experience in requirement management, system scoping, product management, or similar.
• Technical expertise in communication systems.
• Knowledge within the area of hearing aids.
• A profound interest in high-tech products.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English, both written and oral, as it is our company language.
