Product Manager, Cables

We are looking for a structured person to manage and take responsibility for our expanding cable portfolio that integrates into various communication platforms.

About the job

As a Product Manager for Cables, you will join our Product Management team and be responsible for managing our portfolio of cables that interface to communication platforms such as tactical radios, mobile phones, etc. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the cable portfolio, identify new cable products, and support customer needs in system setups. An essential part of the job is organizing and structuring the portfolio to ensure efficient handling within the company globally.

Your key responsibilities:

• Structure and maintain relevant parts of the INVISIO product portfolio, including Product Life Cycle activities.
• Support defining new products based on stakeholder interaction and drive the required work within the organization.
• Support the creation and validation of new products within your product group.
• When relevant, drive global launch and marketing activities in collaboration with our Marketing department.
• Ensure product communication and product training within INVISIO.
• Assist sales-support activities.

About you

We are looking for someone with solid technical know-how who is organized and interested in the business aspects of our products. You must be attentive to people's needs, able to listen to requests, and driven to get the job done and deliver results.

Next, being a team player and a good communicator are essential, too. You must have excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate and engage with both external and internal stakeholders.

You furthermore must be able to travel 20-30 days per year.

The following will enhance your candidacy:

• Technical relevant education. Military technical education or work experience is also relevant.
• Experience in requirement management, system scoping, product management, or similar.
• Technical expertise in communication systems.
• A profound interest in high-tech products.
• Practical experience as a user of business systems.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English, both written and oral.
