Product Solution Specialist

As part of our new Solution team in Product Management, we are seeking a specialist to join our headquarters in Copenhagen.
This opportunity allows you to apply and develop your technical expertise in assisting customers with innovative answers to real-world problems. You will engage with end-users and sales personnel to uncover technical needs and deliver solutions through product design and testing with skilled colleagues in Product Management and R&D.
About the job
As a Product Solution Specialist, you integrate and test various technical functions that contribute to a complete configuration for the customer. You are involved in the end-to-end design, from early concepts and desktop tests to final delivery, making sure that the customer gets the right solution at the right time.
You are responsible for the technical aspects of Product Management and will be an expert on our products in their current and future applications. You collaborate closely with Product Solution Architects and R&D to ensure that solutions are implemented effectively and function as intended. A key part of your role is clarifying customer needs and creating solution diagrams and technical proposals as input for the development phase.
Your key responsibilities
- Understand the requirements by working with customers, end-users, and solution architects.
- Define and integrate elements like network components and software applications.
- Test and verify concepts, implement projects, and deliver ongoing refinement and enhancement.
- Evaluating various technology options to determine the best fit for the customer solution.
- Promote results and findings and ensure they are communicated to your colleagues consistently.
- Ensure potential short and long-term risks that may cause technical issues are addressed, and critical design limits are uncovered and documented.
About you
To succeed in this role, you must have strong interpersonal skills and collaborate effectively with the technical R&D and commercial Sales teams. Being results-driven and ambitious is essential as we strive for excellence in meeting our users' needs and being the experts in our field.
You should be organized, analytical, and capable of translating end-user needs into technical implementations. A background in communication technology, IP networks, or IT systems is highly desirable.
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or other relevant field.
- Profound technical understanding and knowledge.
- Experience in customer interaction.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and having an international mindset.
- Familiar with technical documentation.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
The following will enhance your candidacy:
- Documented industry experience within defense or public safety.
- Experience as a comms specialist or technical support for tactical users.
- Experience with information technology at both hardware- and software level.
- Knowledge about voice communication over IP (VoIP).

The position is located at our headquarters in Hvidovre, Copenhagen. Please note that hybrid or remote work arrangements are not available, and we do not provide relocation assistance.
The role includes 20-30 traveling days per year.
