Join our team in Copenhagen
IT Supporter
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for helping others?
We're looking for an IT Supporter with a service-oriented attitude and excellent people skills to join our team in Copenhagen. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for our employees, ensuring our systems run smoothly and our teams stay productive.
We offer an exciting, on-site position in our IT department. You will be part of a dedicated team who works tirelessly to keep the organization's technology infrastructure running smoothly and securely. You will get a chance to learn and expand your skills further and will have opportunities to be involved in exciting projects over time in a world where IT security is more crucial than ever.
About the job
As an IT supporter at INVISIO, your main responsibility will be to provide technical assistance to our employees globally, helping them resolve issues with hardware, software, and connectivity to ensure smooth operation of computer systems and networks. This involves troubleshooting problems, performing regular maintenance, and installing and configuring new systems.
Over time, you will contribute to maintaining security by implementing protective measures and monitoring potential threats. Additionally, you will educate colleagues on best practices and new technologies, ensuring everyone can work efficiently and safely.
In this role, you will interact with all departments across the organization, such as Sales, Product Management, R&D, etc., and hence work with various personalities.
Key responsibilities
Provide 1st/2nd level support to employees (both onsite and remotely), resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and prioritize problems from support tickets and alerts, offering effective solutions.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software.
Prepare equipment for new employees.
Implement and monitor security measures to protect data and systems
Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and system configurations.
Create and maintain documentation and end-user guides.
Participating in IT projects on a regular basis.
About you
We are looking for a candidate with an outgoing, can-do attitude and people skills rather than extensive experience.
You most likely have a degree in IT or other related field, and you can be newly graduated. What matters the most is your passion for the field, and that you are eager to learn, solve problems, and build relationships with others. Experience from a similar role is, however, an advantage, but not a requirement.
The ideal candidate is organized and disciplined, capable of prioritizing tasks and completing them effectively.
Required skills and experiences:
Experience with On-premise AD.
Experience with Azure AD.
Experience with Powershell.
Good understanding of Windows (11 and server OS).
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint Online.
Systematic approach to troubleshooting.
Experience with Power Automate, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Adobe Suite is an advantage, not a requirement.
What we offer
A chance to join a fast-growing, high-tech company in a highly enthusiastic and international atmosphere.
A workplace that offers professional and personal growth, with opportunities for future development to achieve career objectives.
A flexible work schedule, primarily from HQ in Copenhagen, with the ability to sometimes work from home.
