Marketing Coordinator

We invite you to join INVISIO's Global Marketing team, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department's efforts to build and promote the brand, drive growth, and enhance customer engagement. This role involves coordinating various marketing support activities, assisting in project management, and working closely with the Marketing team and other stakeholders, such as our sales organization and channel partners.

We are looking for a hands-on multitasker with excellent attention to detail to join our Creative Production team. In this role, you will report functionally to the team lead.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage ongoing Marketing support to local sales offices and partners
• Support maintenance of sales and marketing assets
• Drive smaller graphics projects within the Creative Production team
• Help maintain the Digital Asset Management system
• Manage ordering and stocking of print materials – including update of QR-code system
• Manage merchandise, goodie bags etc., for customers and other stakeholders
• Coordinate and assist in the planning of photoshoots

What you bring:

• A hands-on, can-do attitude with a structured and detail-oriented mindset
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications  
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Creativity and a proactive problem-solving approach
• Strong interpersonal skills and quick adaptability
• Expert in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in English

The following will enhance your candidacy:

• Experience working with digital asset management systems
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Planner
• Experience from other event-related marketing activities, such as SoMe content and other promotional or communication activities
