Event Coordinator
Do you have experience with trade shows and event management, and are you organized and efficient? We are looking for a hands-on multitasker with attention to detail to support event-related projects and administrative tasks.
INVISIO is currently expanding and requires additional employees to support company growth. We are looking for an Event Coordinator to join our Global Marketing team.
You will be responsible for executing and supporting our global events and helping us drive efficiency across our workflows. To succeed in this position, you must thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment and take a creative yet structured approach to the job.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of various events and trade show-related initiatives.
- Work closely with Sales and Global Marketing to support our local offices and partners at trade shows.
- Coordinate and manage event kits and catalogue, including identifying future needs and solutions.
- Distribution and shipment of equipment and marketing assets – including packing lists and internal coordination.
- Help manage and track our event equipment and inventory system
- Follow up on manning plans across the organization, including timely delivery.
- Hospitality management, i.e., assist with hotel bookings, transportation, and group dinners.
- Investigate new, potential suppliers.
- The go-to person for internal event-related ad-hoc enquiries.

- Experience in event management and trade shows.
- Ability to create meaningful day-to-day structure and processes.
- A hands-on, can-do attitude, with a structured and detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- A creative and problem-solving mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and quick adaptability.
- Proficiency in English.
The following will enhance your candidacy:
- Experience from other event-related marketing activities, such as SoMe content and other promotional or communication activities
- Negotiation skills and experience from managing suppliers.

Additional information
Please note that this role requires your physical presence at our office and is not a remote or hybrid position. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide relocation assistance.
The position requires the ability to travel for about 20 days each year.
