Sales Support Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our Global Sales team at INVISIO as a Sales Support Manager.

About the job

As a Sales Support Manager at INVISIO, you play a crucial and versatile role at the heart of the commercial engine room, where you will perform several essential tasks. You will assist our sales force worldwide in all aspects of their efforts promptly and professionally.

This role entails a high degree of responsibility, but we also collaborate as a team and support one another when necessary.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• First-level sales support, where you take ownership of handling requests and resolving any issues occurring in all phases, from pre-sales to post-sales.
• Be the subject matter expert when dealing with partners or customers.
• Initiate and ensure a timely and meticulous follow-up on all reseller and end-user-specific requests, e.g., needs for tailored solutions following INVISIO's procedures.
• Work closely with Sales and Program Managers and support them in their tasks, such as quoting, tracking products under development, and sending samples to customers.
• Collaborate closely with all other relevant functions in INVISIO, as they will play a significant role in your ability to provide the best possible sales and customer service.
• Support Sales Managers at customer meetings, e.g., prepare presentations and product demonstrations.
• Communicate our solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

To succeed in this role

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a commercial field.
• You have a well-developed can-do attitude.
• You are well organized and enjoy doing administrative work.
• You have excellent people skills and experience working in an international environment.
• You are comfortable with sometimes working at a fast pace, having many assignments.
• You must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Additional skills are a plus

• Experience working with sales to the defense or public safety sectors and/or with B2G sales.
• General interest or experience in the hearing aid industry.
• Prior experience from serving time within defense or law enforcement, including deployment.
• Fluency in German is furthermore a big plus, but not a requirement.

Additional information

The position is based in our HQ in Hvidovre, Copenhagen, and you must be able to be present at the workplace. We do not offer relocation assistance.

You must be prepared to travel 20-40 days per year.
