Technical Delivery Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive individual to join our R&D department as a Technical Delivery Coordinator. In this role, you’ll be the glue between product deliveries, internal stakeholders, and project momentum, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.

About the job
As our new Technical Delivery Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that product deliveries are executed smoothly and on time. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across R&D, Supply chain, Sales and NPI to keep everyone aligned and informed.
You’ll also play a key role in supporting Project deliveries and technical planning and coordination across multiple critical projects.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate and manage product deliveries in connection with Sales orders and ongoing projects.
Align internal development recourses with the NPI team on Prototypes builds.
Maintain alignment with Sales, Programs, and Product Managers to ensure expectations and timelines are clear.
Identify relevant stakeholders and manage status meetings – including note-taking and follow-ups.
Keep structure and overview in a dynamic environment with many critical parallel projects in motion.
About you
You have a technical background (e.g., within Product Development, Manufacturing coordination, NPI, Mechanical / Electrical / Acoustical engineering, or similar).
3+ years of experience related to technical product development or Manufacturing.
You thrive on driving progress and taking ownership.
You are a structured “doer” with a pragmatic mindset, can make agreements, and get things done.
You have excellent communication skills and can handle demanding stakeholders with professionalism.
Comfortable navigating a broad stakeholder landscape.
Fluent in Danish and proficient in English, both in speaking and writing, since English is our company's primary language and used for all documentation.

Have experience from a production environment and supply chain processes.
Have experience with NPI processes and technical documentation.

The position is based in our HQ in Hvidovre, Copenhagen, and you must be able to be present at the workplace. We do not offer relocation assistance.
