Student Worker - Team Co-creation & Collaboration

Do you want a student job where you get close to real users, new ideas, and the future of mission-critical products?

We are looking for a student worker to join Team CoCo (Co‑creation & Collaboration) at INVISIO.

In CoCo, we work to bring users, insights, and real‑world needs closer to the people developing future products and solutions. That means helping the organization stay connected to the people who actually use our equipment, and making sure great ideas are shaped by real‑life needs, not assumptions.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious, structured, people‑oriented, and excited about innovation, technology, and user interaction.

About the job

As a student worker in Team CoCo, you will support a range of activities that help strengthen user understanding and collaboration across the organization.

You will assist with everything from preparing workshops and user sessions to collecting insights, supporting internal communication, and helping us keep things organized behind the scenes.

Some days you may be helping plan an event or structure feedback. Other days you may support research activities, prepare presentations, help coordinate visitors, or assist with small projects related to user engagement, training, or innovation.

In short, you will become part of a team that works to make INVISIO more user‑aware, more connected, and better equipped to shape relevant solutions for the future.

Responsibilities

  • Help plan and support workshops, meetings, and user‑related activities
  • Assist with collecting, organizing, and summarizing feedback and insights
  • Support the preparation of presentations, materials, and internal communication
  • Help coordinate practical tasks related to visits, events, and user sessions
  • Contribute to creating structure around ideas, learnings, and ongoing activities
  • Support Team CoCo in making user understanding more visible and accessible across the organization
  • Help with ad hoc tasks related to innovation, collaboration, and user‑focused activities

About you

You do not need to know everything from day one. What matters most is that you are curious, reliable, and enjoy working with both people and ideas.

We imagine that you...

  • Are currently studying at a university or similar higher‑education institution
  • Are interested in innovation, people, behavior, technology, communication, or design
  • Are structured and good at keeping track of details
  • Enjoy working with others and feel comfortable talking to different kinds of people
  • Can turn notes, observations, and input into something clear and useful
  • Like being helpful and taking initiative
  • Bring positive energy and do not mind a mix of practical tasks and conceptual work

A great fit for CoCo could be someone who…

  • Is naturally curious and asks good questions
  • Likes understanding how people actually work in real life
  • Can help create order without killing momentum
  • Enjoys being around users, engineers, and business people alike
  • Has a bit of drive, a bit of humor, and a practical mindset
  • Is the kind of person who spots what needs doing - and gets it moving

It is furthermore a plus if you...

  • Have a background in the Defence Forces or in Law Enforcement
  • Have an interest in user research, workshops, facilitation, or communication
  • Have worked with PowerPoint, Miro, Excel, Notion, or similar tools
  • Have experience from student organizations, projects, events, or other team‑based activities
  • Are comfortable writing short and clear texts in English
