System Test Engineer (Test Automation)

About the job
As a System Test Engineer at INVISIO, your key objective will be to test embedded software and verify system-level functionality in our mechatronic products. You will write test cases and scripts for our test automation framework. After test execution, you will analyze the results and report findings to the development team.
Key responsibilities:
- Examining current test coverage.
- Designing and maintaining test case specifications based on product requirements.
- Developing and maintaining automated tests using C#/.NET and test frameworks such as NUnit.
- Testing product interfaces and APIs.
- Performing manual tests as part of test-related activities.
- Documenting test cases, test results, and test reports using the Allure Framework.
You will join our Software Design team and work closely with colleagues across our Hardware and Firmware teams. Success in this role requires the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments.
About you
We are hoping to meet a candidate who is a sharp, independent thinker who approaches tasks with an analytical and well-organized mindset. The ideal candidate sees testing as an integrated part of the development process and is motivated by developing test cases and test automation in parallel with firmware and product development. You are proactive, structured, and comfortable taking ownership of your work.
Must-have skills:
- Relevant technical education at bachelor’s or master’s level, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with C#/.NET, or strong programming experience in a similar object-oriented language such as Java.
- Experience with software, system, or embedded testing.
- Basic understanding of hardware-software interaction.
- Experience with Git.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
The following will enhance your candidacy:
- Experience working with integrated hardware/software products.
- Experience with firmware (FW) testing.
- Experience with CI/CD.
- Experience with Allure or similar test reporting tools.
- Experience with signal processing.

Additional information
This is a fulltime position. You will be based in Hvidovre, and you must be present at the workplace. We do not offer relocation assistance.
