Order Manager

We are looking for a motivated and competent Order Manager to take responsibility for INVISIO’s order handling and logistics with the team. You will be responsible for processing orders for both the rest of the world (ROW) and the USA. Also, you will be responsible for planning and supporting our US stock.

In this position, you will be processing sales orders for customers and handling intercompany orders with our US office. In addition, you will coordinate with colleagues regarding order planning, customer requests, delivery plan, and shipments, so deliveries meet customers on-time delivery (OTD). 


You will play an important role in… 

  • Processing sales and intercompany orders (ROW and US) 

  • Following up on availability of products, delivery dates, and order backlog 

  • Supporting the sales team related to customer orders and sample requests 

  • Planning and coordinating deliveries with our DC-Center in Malmoe, including: 

  • Arrange picking, packing, shipment etc., and provide shipping details to sales and customers. 

  • Being responsible for customs handling for US shipments and outside the EU 

  • Contacting shipping agents and carriers 

  • Coordinating with Manufacturing, Sales, and other internal colleagues to ensure optimized order handling 

  • Supporting US colleagues in terms of ERP data accuracy, inventory, and order planning 


You will closely monitor sales and intercompany orders and actively seek to optimize the process. With the department and Sales, it will be your responsibility to ensure we meet customer requirements  


To succeed in this job… 

To match INVISIO’s expectations of the candidate, the right person will have a sales and/or commercial background and have been working with order handling and logistics, preferably within industrial manufacturing. 


Furthermore, you:

  • Have experience with activities in a Supply Chain/Order Management organization 

  • Have a commercial mindset 

  • Project management ability, including planning and evaluation 

  • Are analytical and systematic about planning  

  • Can influence and build relationships with key stakeholders 

  • Knowledge of working with a 3PL (third-party logistics) set-up 

  • Experience in handling shipments both inside and outside the EU 

  • Able to maintain and optimize the use of IT systems (Microsoft programs and ERP system (NAVISION)) 

  • Understand the importance of working with processes but, at the same time, see possibilities for improving  

  • Have excellent skills in English (company language) – orally as in writing  

  • Can understand Scandinavian languages (useful) 

  • Are a good communicator
