Student Worker - UX Design Research

Are you a highly motivated and analytical student with a strong end‑user focus, eager to take on new tasks and continuously explore and learn?

 

We invite you to join the INVISIO UX Team, part of our R&D department in Copenhagen. We are a newly established team responsible for both UX Research and Design, collaborating closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and R&D to ensure that what INVISIO delivers to the market is relevant, usable, and desirable.

 

About the job

In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in developing and implementing end‑user research and testing methodologies suitable for the industry and environment in which INVISIO operates.

You will gain hands‑on experience involving end‑users throughout the entire product design and development process while supporting our increasing range of physical and digital products.

This is a versatile role with tasks and responsibilities that may vary depending on your proactiveness. Therefore, the key responsibilities are not limited to those listed below.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in shaping and executing the user‑insights vision and strategy
  • Manage insights coming from customer‑facing colleagues and concrete studies in a centralized user‑insights repository
  • Assist in building, gradually scaling, and maintaining an in‑house end‑user panel
  • Explore and develop relevant user‑research methods and tools (qualitative and quantitative)
  • Plan and execute end‑user research activities

 

About you

You are collaborative, positive, and self‑driven. You enjoy working in a dynamic and creative environment, have a go‑do attitude, and feel comfortable taking responsibility and working independently. You’re eager to learn, adapt, and bring new methodologies and tools into practice.
 

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Innovation & Design, Research Design, Service Systems Design, or similar fields
  • Strong drive to understand end‑users, including their goals, needs, challenges, and desires
  • Experience with qualitative and user‑centered design methods (e.g., individual and group interviews, Wizard‑of‑Oz testing, online surveys, diary studies, direct observation, etc.) and quantitative research
  • Comfortable scoping, planning, conducting, analyzing, and communicating research and insights to relevant stakeholders
  • Experience building and maintaining user‑research and insights‑repository tools is an advantage
  • Experience building and maintaining in‑house end‑user panels is an advantage
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to speed up research activities is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written English skills (company language); proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Fluency in Danish is a mandatory requirement for this position

Additional information

Part-time, appr. 2 days per week within company working hours which are from 9 am to 5 pm. The work takes place at our HQ office in Hvidovre and requires your physical presence.
